Do you offer annual boiler services following the install?

Yes, we offer discounted services following manufactures guidelines to keep your boiler running efficiently.

Does my boiler come with a warranty?

Yes, all our boilers come with a 10 year manufacturers warranty as standard.

Will I be given a Gas Safe registered Certificate?

Yes, all our customers are send a digital copy instantly following the install of the new boiler.

How quickly can I have my new boiler installed?

Most of our boilers are installed within 24 hours of our Heating Advisors attending your home.

Will the engineer take away my old boiler?

Yes, our engineer will take away all waste and your old boiler and leave the area clean and tidy.

Can I pay for my boiler installation in monthly instalments?

Yes. We offer a range of affordable repayment plans with flexible deposits.

Can I pay using a credit or debit card?

Yes, we accept all major card transactions, please note there may be a fee from your card issuer for using a credit card.

When will I pay for my new boiler installation?

Once you are happy with your quote and would like to book your installation, you will be sent a secure link via email to make payment. If you have selected a finance option, our finance partner will take care of this for you.

Are finance options available on all of your boilers and packages or just selected ones?

We offer flexible and affordable finance packages across all ranges of our boilers and packages.

Will the engineer call on the day of my install?

Yes, you will receive an email or text message with the details and a picture of your engineer. You will have a prearranged date and time of arrival and the engineer will call you on the morning of your appointment.

How will I know which boiler to choose?

Our system is created by highly skilled experts to choose the right boiler for your home based on the answers you give, prior to a visit from one of our heating advisors.

How long does my quote last for?

Your quote lasts 28 days from the day you complete your Home Survey.

How long does the Boiler Installation take?

Majority of our installs are completed in one day, however more complex installs or system changes can exceed one day.

Will I be kept informed throughout the process?

Yes, you can choose from email, text message or telephone call updates. You will be sent a link to track the engineer on your chosen date of install and our friendly Customer Service Advisors are on hand should you need to speak to us.
